LPN Update

So just a small update. I am taking my LPN boards on Tuesday of next week. Less than a week away! So excited. I also have my interview for a LPN job on Friday of this week. So hopefully by next week I will know for sure if I passed or not so I can start working. YAY!

Update: Matt's Surgery

As I think most of you know on Friday (the 18th) Matt underwent cataracts surgery on his left eye. He had been needing to get this surgery since December so it was nice to finally get it done. We woke up bright and early to get over to the surgical center in Provo by 6:30am. The surgery took about an hour and he was done! Everything went according to plan and he should be getting the same surgery on his right eye in about 2 weeks. We are pretty excited because it should help his vision a lot!

Right after the surgery Matt got to wear this clear eye patch. He said he felt pretty good just a slight headache.

I am insane

If you don't already know I am a little crazy. I am going to be participating in a play about the 10 virgins. It has lines and has some amazing songs. I will be singing a solo! AAAAhhhhh. Which I am starting to feel comfortable with. I sang it for the first time in front of 5 people and was completely shaking. What am I going to do when I sing in front of a group. Crazy enough, I am excited about this. I wish you could all be here to see it. I will have to post pictures, but that won't be till after the 15th of March.

Growing Up

I am taking a management class this semester and we were given this video to help with our next assignment. It has a lot of really interesting points. It also makes me wonder if I will have a harder time being accepted in the workplace because I still hold onto some of those "older" beliefs about the workplace. I still call my superiors Mr./Ms., I believe in dressing appropriately, I believe in putting in your dues...

Anyway, it was just interesting to watch so I thought I would share.

I can't believe my baby girl is already a month old, Happy Birthday Abby!
