On to the photos!
On the 17th we made an impromptu trip to San Francisco. We found a great new place that oversees the Golden Gate Bridge. We had such a fun day driving around as seeing the sites and Adelaide was awesome! She just hung out in her car seat the whole day. We got out of the car once and she ate at that point, but she didn't get fussy until we were almost home!
Addie looks so cute in the car! |
She loves driving already! |
Hopefully the two of them will have this much fun in fifteen years when he has to teach her for reals! |
A new fun thing that Tim learned about Adelaide is that when you tickle her thighs...Her arms shoot up behind her head!
The first day of school for all three of us!
Addie did pretty good at day care. There are six babies in one classroom with one teacher, a teacher assistant, and then there are floaters that go where ever needed. That day when I picked her up there were three floaters in there. I guess every baby but one was teething. Yikes. She had a lot of fun playing, she ate very well...but she did not sleep well at all. That night she kept waking up to make sure we were there and by 4:30 in the morning just going to her crib wasn't enough any more. I had to take her to bed with us. Even then she could only sleep if she had her arms wrapped around my arm. I must admit it was very sweet.
One
of Adelaide's favorite places to play is in front of our closet
doors...And one of her new favorite toys is a pair of socks?? She loves
putting it in her mouth...then pulling really hard until it pops out. So
cute.
